Prices and Payment

The full price for ordered products must be paid and cleared prior to despatch, unless previous arrangements have been made. All orders must be paid for in Pounds sterling (Ł), and in the case of payment by cheque, draw on a bank account located within the United Kingdom. Goods will not be despatched until paid for in full. In the event of a failure by the buyer to pay for the products, the title of the products shall remain with Foam & Fizz until such time as the payment in full is received. Foam & Fizz reserves the right to retake possession of the products in the event of non-payment.

The following methods of payment are available for Foam & Fizz products:

I. On-line credit / debit card transaction
II. Cheque / money order

Shopping with Foam & Fizz couldn't be easier. Simply click on 'Our Shop'view our vast collection of wedding favours and party accessories and add the desired items into your shopping basket. Once you are happy with your order then simple select 'Checkout' and you will be directed to the secure PayPal site. Please note you DO NOT need to have a PayPal account, simply use your desired Credit/Debit card to make your payment. You will be given the opportinity at the end of your payment to set up a PayPal account but this is strictly optional.

All prices shown on this website exclude delivery unless specifically stated.

The prices of products confirmed at the point of purchase will remain fixed during the transaction. However, we do reserve the right to alter prices if the required deliver date is beyond 20 working days of placing the order. All prices quoted on the site are subject to alterations without notice to take account of fluctuations in the cost of labour and materials.

Deliveries & Despatch

We aim to deliver your order within 14 working days (excluding personalised items which will be agreed on an individual basis). We will always advise you of any delay or suggest an alternative. For soap and bath crystal orders, these are made to order and will take approximately 4 weeks for delivery. If you require goods within a specific time please let us know by phone. All cheques must be cleared before goods are despatched. We cannot be held liable for any goods damaged in transit.

Foam & Fizz shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver products promptly if such failures arise due to force majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by strikes, riots, lock outs or other labour trouble, war, fire. Accident, mechanical failure, non-availability to Foam & Fizz of manufactured stock, parts or materials; delay or failure of delivery of the products to Foam & Fizz by manufacturers suppliers or other persons; government action, legislation or regulation of any kind; Act of God, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control.

Postage & Packaging

A postage and packaging charge will be added to your order. For orders under Ł20 post and packing is Ł4.00. For orders over Ł20 post and packing is Ł7.95. Delivery charge rates will vary from time to time. Orders are sent out via Royal Mail or Business Post depending on size and weight of order. Deliveries to European and international destinations are subject to different charges and shipping costs. Please email your requirements and we can calculate your order for you.

Payment Security

Payment through this website is made via a secure web server. Secure communication means that any information provided by you, such as your name or credit-card number is encrypted so that it cannot be read or intercepted by other people.

Paying by this method will require the buyer to visit another website domain. Foam & Fizz accepts no responsibility and shall not be liable for any errors or omissions on the parts of the credit payment agency which results in the disclosure of confidential information, loss, expense or damage howsoever arising to the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to read the terms of business of the credit payment agency before using the service.

Guarantee & Returns Policy

Our products are covered by a 10 day guarantee. If, for any reason you wish to return the item, please return it to us within 10 days. All we ask is that you return it unused, undamaged and with its original packaging. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend that you return it to us via recoded delivery. Your refund will be in the form of the original payment. Your payment will be refunded if all of the terms and conditions have been met. Individually designed items or personalised items are non- refundable. No returns will be accepted arising from an error on the part of the buyer unless at our discretion. Postage charges will not be refunded.

Product

Every effort is made to ensure that our descriptions are correct, however, we reserve the right to change our prices and / or our product range. You will be informed of any changes prior to the despatch of your order. Where there has been a material change to any product ordered by the buyer, we will endeavour to supply the buyer with a product that is identical to that ordered or a product that is as far as possible similar to that ordered. The buyer has the option to accept or decline any replacement with a full refund if any replacement is not deemed acceptable. Colours of products on this web site cannot be taken as absolute due to the variations in individual computer monitors and their settings as well as the handmade ature of the products. All references to “gold”, “silver”, etc. relate to colour and not the actual material of which products are made. Periodically, lines may be discontinued and we reserve the right to alter designs and prices.
